Animal Biology Laboratory (ABI50A)

I was a Teaching Assistant for Animal Biology Laboratory (ABI50A) in the Fall Quarter of 2023. This is an undergraduate course where students ask their own research questions on a model organism (Centrachid fishes) and conduct short population biology and field experiments to answer those questions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory materials and set up dissection and microscopy stations.
- Assist students in designing and conducting experiments.
- Help students with data analysis (using R and excel sheet) and interpretation.
- Grade proposals, research reports and exams.
- Help instructor in sample collection and field trip.
